Yes. A 2-year or 5-year ceramic coating can be added to any of our services, which already include the washing and decontamination a coating needs. The coating includes the final surface preparation. The year figures describe each product's intended durability with proper care — they are not guarantees. We recommend paint correction first unless your paint is new or defect-free, because a coating locks in whatever is beneath it.
Waxes and sealants add a protective layer that typically lasts weeks to months. A ceramic coating bonds to the paint and is designed to last considerably longer, with stronger gloss, water-beading, and resistance to contamination. Paint correction is different again: it uses machine polishing to reduce imperfections before any protection is applied.
At your location. You provide a suitable covered workspace, including garage access when required, and we complete the preparation and application on-site. Afterward, you follow the product's curing and aftercare instructions, which we go through with you.
No. Clay treatment removes bonded surface contaminants. It does not remove scratches or swirl marks and may cause minor marring on sensitive paint. Polishing may be recommended when appropriate.
Yes. KLARHAUS currently operates as a customer-supported mobile service. We require access to water, a suitable electrical outlet, and a safe workspace.
